Flyers Club Membership Constitution and Terms 2025 Edition (Effective from January 1, 2025)>

Thank you for visiting Shenzhenair International Hotel Flyers Club’s membership (hereinafter referred to as " Flyers Club ") Points/Miles Award Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"), this program is provided by Shenzhenair Property & Hotel Management Co., LTD. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms. Shenzhenair Hotel Management Company will provide eligible guests with points and privileges of different membership levels through this program. Please review carefully the fundamental terms and guidelines of Flyers Club’s.

Section I General Provisions.

• Join the Shenzhenair Hotel Management Company Flyers Club (hereinafter referred to as " Flyers Club ") Points/Miles Award Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"), you can enjoy diversified rewards and exclusive benefits to enhance your stay. The air miles earned through Flyers Club are also Air China Limited's "Phoenix Miles" (airchina.com.cn) miles. All benefits, services, terms and conditions of this program are only applicable to Shenzhenair Hotel Management Company Flyers Club membership. • Shenzhenair International Hotel reserves the right to add, adjust, cancel or change preferential terms with or without prior notice..

Section II Become a Member.

• To participate in the program, eligible guests must provide the required information and follow the prompts to register through:
①Hotel’s official website www.szahotel.com
②Or Wechat official public account (Shenzhen Airlines Hotel)
③Or Wechat mini program (Shenzhenair e-commerce platform)
④Or register offline, feel free to contact reservation center/front desk representatives for assistance.
• Should you have any questions or difficulties during the registration process, feel free to contact Flyers Club Membership Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Center") at 0755-88819999-6813 for any membership-related assistance.

Section III Personal Information

• If you choose to join points award program of Flyers Club, by registering personal information to the hotel, you agree to the hotel’s internal use of your personal information for membership program and marketing purposes, as well as transferring/exchanging of the above personal data by the hotel for the above purposes.
• In order to ensure that members fully enjoy all the rights and benefits offered by the hotel, please keep your membership information updated at all time, and make sure that you are able to log in on the official website www.szahotel.com with your membership information. Please notify membership center if any changes or cancellations of the member’s information (address or contact information) need to be made.

Section IV Effective Usage

• Each Flyers Club member has one membership account, each account is NOT shareable and NOT transferrable. If you have more than one membership account, Please contact the membership center to assist you with account merging.
• In order to enjoy the rewards points/miles and privileges provided by the Flyers Club membership program, please inform your membership identity and membership number when making reservations (a valid ID is required upon check-in).

Section V Flyers Club Member Benefits and Flyers Club Member Points/Miles

• Flyers Club Membership offers various benefits according to different membership levels, and the Membership Center will launch additional membership benefits from time to time.
• Flyers Club reward points/miles are calculated according to the actual consumption amount (tax excluded). Members are not able to accumulate points/miles on the effective consumption of multiple rooms. This means that a member can accumulate valid consumption points/miles for a maximum of one room night per night. Members’ points will be displayed under points balance in member’s account within 24-48 hours after completing the check-out procedures , any other special discounts will NOT be applicable when using rewards points.

Section VI Reward Points or Miles

• Qualifying purchases eligible for Flyers Club member points/miles:
1. Accommodation: If the registered guest is entitled to guest points (valid room rate), 1 point for every 1 RMB spent(excluding tax), and 4 airline miles for every 10 RMB spent (excluding tax)with the valid room rate.
2. Dining: 1 point for every 3 RMB spent(excluding tax) at the hotel-operated restaurants.
Points earned in the current year are valid until the end of the third year, airline miles earned in the current year follow the Phoenix Miles program. Members are prohibited from selling, exchanging, auctioning, donating, transferring, or sharing Flyers Club member points/miles privately. Room-generated points are limited to eligible room charges and do not include minibar charges, telephone charges, laundry charges, compensation fees, service charges, taxes, or other miscellaneous fees.
3. Room Group, Conference, Business banquet, Personal banquet:
You can earn 1 point for every 5 RMB spent (excluding tax), and you can earn up to 120,000 points for each qualifying activity. Room group, conference, business banquet must be signed the relevant contract, all the points details must be clearly stated in the contract, including the member’s full name, membership number, membership card level and consumption amount, etc. Points will be awarded based on the final consumption. Personal banquet refers to the wedding banquet, birthday banquet, graduation banquet, which must be signed by the individual and the hotel in the relevant contract, all the details of the points must be clearly stated in the contract, including but not limited to the individual's full name, membership number, consumption amount, etc. The points are subject to the final consumption. • Points can be earned when booking for groups, meetings, and banquet events. 1 point for every 5 RMB spent (excluding tax), each qualifying event can accumulate a maximum of 120,000 points, and mileage rewards do not apply.

Section VII Effective house price

• Effective housing price refers to the eligible room charges, which also serve as the basis for determining the upgrade or downgrade of membership levels in Flyers Club. Additionally, each member will receive reward points/miles within 24-48 hours after completing the check-out and billing procedures.
• The following expenditures are not eligible to be counted as effective housing prices for Flyers Club (Effective Room Nights): those made through third-party booking sites (including Ctrip, Qunar, Meituan, Booking, Expedia, Agoda, HaoDing, etc.), promotional flash sales for special room rates, complimentary rooms, redemption point stays, extended or long-term stays, group bookings, and bookings made by individual travelers through travel agencies.
• Rooms billed under the agreement of the company must be settled before they can be considered as effective housing prices.
Section VIII Membership Validity and Eligibility Conversion Procedures

• Flyers Club Business class membership is valid indefinitely, Priority class and First class memberships are valid from the date of upgrade until December 31st of the following year.
1. Flyers Club Membership Level Upgrade
After joining the program, if you stay at the hotel with a valid rate for a total of 10 nights or 8000 Flyers Club reward points within the current calendar year, your membership level will be upgraded to Priority class within 24-48 hours after checking out and settling the bill, based on the assessment results of Flyers Club, valid from the date of upgrade until December 31 of the following year; If you stay at the hotel with a valid rate for a total of 35 nights or 30000 Flyers Club reward points within the current calendar year, your membership level will be immediately upgraded to First class based on the evaluation of Flyers Club, valid from the date of upgrade until December 31 of the following year. For example, if a member obtains Priority membership in April 2024, their Priority membership will be valid until December 31, 2025.
Guests who are upgraded to Priority class or First class membership enjoy much richer point rewards and benefits.
• For example, if a member attains Priority class in April 2024, their Priority class will last until December 31, 2025.
2. Flyers Club Membership Level Downgrade
• If you do not accumulate enough room night credits within one calendar year after being upgraded to meet the membership level standards, your membership level will be downgraded based on your consumption.
• For example, if you become a Flyers Club First class membership in October 2024, your membership level will be valid until December 31, 2025. If you stay for 10 effective room nights in 2025 but fail to reach 35 effective room nights, according to the Flyers Club membership level assessment, you will be downgraded to Priority class on January 1, 2026. If you fail to stay for 10 effective room nights in 2025, according to the Flyers Club membership level assessment, you will be downgraded to Business class membership on January 1, 2026.

SectionIX Termination of Flyers Club Membership

• Flyers Club reserves the right to cancel or declare all unredeemed reward points/miles accumulated by the member invalid under the following circumstances:
•Any action to the detriment of the Shenzhenair International Hotel Shenzhen, Flyers Club.
• The member violates above Terms and Conditions;
• The member defaults on hotel fees;
• Misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Program;
• Violation of any national or domestic laws in connection with the use of membership privileges;
• More than one membership account of Flyers Club;
• The member physically, verbally or in writing harm hotel staff;
• The member engages in fraud or abuse related to Flyers Club;
• Member would like to terminate the membership voluntarily.

Section X General Terms

• In the event of any litigation, regulations, ordinances, or requirements of the government; equipment malfunctions; actual or imminent terrorist acts; weather conditions; natural phenomena; war (declared or undeclared); fire; embargo; labor disputes or strikes; labor or material shortages; any type of transportation interruption; civil unrest; rebellion; riot; COVID-19 pandemic/epidemic/infectious disease (or similar public health threats or emergencies); or any other force majeure factors (whether or not explicitly stated above) that result in the inability to provide or redeem the prestigious rewards outlined in the program, Shenzhen International Hotel shall not be liable.
• In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and other language versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistencies between the program website or other program marketing materials and these terms, the language of these terms shall prevail. The failure or decision of Shenzhen International Hotel to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
